I often walk past this big small leafed fig tree when I walk to the shops and I have wanted to paint it because of its striking beard of aerial roots hanging over the street - you can;t see them yet but hopefully they won't need to be pointed out when they're there.
Today varied from dark overcast through sun and back again, and again, then rain set in and I had to go, so I wasn't able to get as much paint on the canvas as I wanted
