The colonial PO on Hunter St sitting empty. It'd be great if the Awabakal Land Council could get their shit together and make it a public building again. Eg as a cultural centre and gallery it would be cool.
It's a bit like Interzone down the Hunter St mall now the railway was closed and DJs moved out, and this and other buildings lying semi-abandoned. Thanks to all the friendly crowd who stopped for a chat or threw a few $ in the hat
Getting closer to being finished - I'll go and paint more on the trees and the PO itself and maybe add a few people etc tomorrow or next weekend and then it should be done

A beautiful sandstone building falling into ruin, while property speculators and politicians attempt to profiteer from the nearby abandoned rail line
