Antipodes Roadkill Presents ...

A Saturday afternoon show at Moshpit yesterday featuring Sharkarm, Gravel Sandwidge, Molly Fet Circuit, as well as Pallet, who I arrived too late to see.

Gravel Samwidge

A pretty loose drawing of Sharkarm - kind of a warmup

I also drew Molly Fet Circuit, but Sean (who played an amazing pair of patchboard synths) bought it after the show. (Thankyou!) I'll add it here when he sends me a photo

After the show was over we went down to the Golden Barley and saw the Ramalanas and another band(but I ran out of paper)

Sometime soon I'll put a link to these drawings on my bands and performance page.

I'm going to select a bunch of these drawings soon to publish as a book.

Burning Refinery

Unlike a lot of the refinery and oil industry fires recently this was set off by an earthquake.

Bruce of Woolloomooloo

It's great to have seen brush turkeys recolonising urban areas in the past couple of decades with the expansion of tree cover and since dogs and cats haven't been running loose like they once did.

This is Bruce, Urban Regeneration Faculty member at the University of Woolloomooloo

Smoked Salmon at Petersham Bowlo

Kim Salmon and his band launched their latest album last night at Petersham Bowling Club. Kim is as great as ever and they played some old and some new, and for an encore lead the audience in a rousing rendition of 'I'm a Dropout" - originally a Scientists song written by Kim Salmon and James Baker, but never recorded
