In Glance In Pause - Performances

 I just had an exhibition at Alpha Gallery showing some paintings and drawings mostly of performers and birdswith Özge Güzel's photographs and paintings by Ben Jaimen.

After the opening on the 12th we had 2 nights of music. On Fri13 Feb we experienced the Songs of Zelda Smythe, the beautiful vocal noise of Josh Shipton and Remi Marchand's psychedelic ambient guitar

on  the 14th my daughter Xantharea O'Driscoll sang some beautiful classics followed by with the hairy and ethereal synthesiser noise of#NOF and WhatEva Eva declaiming and singing her punk poetry acconied by Simon and Trevor

Spaceship Art Jam

 I went to the Spaceship in Campsie one afternoon and sat in the corner drawing the players as they improvised and learnt. 

 

Paul Hayward and the Sidekicks

 The Sidekicks played their regular sunday arvo set at the Gasoline Pony yesterday so I went along to draw them and invite people to my exhibition opening this thursday with Özge Güzel and Ben Jaimen at Alpha House gallery

 

 

White Knuckle Fever at the Golden Barley

 White Knuckle Fever did a show the weekend before last (25 January?)at the Golden Barley hotel in Newtown but I've been too slack to get it scanned and posted until now

 

 

Celia and Ross did a great show as ever
