This pair of half-finished paintings are of a lovely old lady whose name I've forgotten for the moment ( I'll find out next time I saee her), formerly an art teacher, who cold-bites for change and ciggies next to the ATM in Newtown

Some close ups. I seem to have found a free scanner so hopefully the next post with drawinds will be a lot better quality. These and everything from the last month or so has been shot with a moderately crappy phone camera, and would be hopeless to print I think, or at least tricky, hardly any black.

Bike outside Rough Edges

 

A bike minus its front wheel. The camera I'm using is relatively crappy, so I've included a detail of the bike. 

I'm looking forward to having a scanner again soon. 

 

I'll be helping organise an exhibition at Rough Edges , of artwork by people who go there, probably in July. There's some other drawings from Rough Edges here and here

It's nice to sell paintings, it motivates me to paint more.
